On the surface Jackline Njoroge is a multifaceted lassie who believes in dedication for the achievement of expected outcomes. Jackline is the current human resource manager/ assistant administrator for Farmtrack consulting ltd who joined farmtrack as an intern in the procurement/stores &production department. Prior to joining farmtrack she has worked with StarTimes media as a call center agent and on several occasions, she received commendations and bonuses for her efficacy in dealing with all types of clients.

Jacklines’ educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Education Arts (English /literature major) from Moi university main campus, located in Uasin Gishu county. While in Moi university she undertook two projects which focused on topics such as improvement of performance in schools and causes of indiscipline among high schoolers. In addition, she is working on attaining a diploma in Human resource Management from Alison an online study platform.

Outside work you’ll find her reading novels, contemporarily handling John Irving’s the fourth Hand. As Jim Rohn says, reading is essential for those who seek to rise above the ordinary.
